GLT - No worries here..... I sent a certified cease and desist letter to them yesterday stating they must legally Stop harassing me !

I will not attend their little party and I will not respond ....they can just wait around that night and count crickets as far as I am concerned .......besides I will be busy packing for a Colorado trip that night or the very least washing my hair !

My husband and i talked tonight and he knows now their agenda all along was to try and DF me . He is going to support me and won't be speaking to them about me if they see him .

Standing up for myself, a lonely stand

i have learned in my life that i am the only one i can trust to stand up for myself .. many times i wished others would have 'had my back', like when i was seven and my favorite teacher committed wrongful contact with my class....we didn't know the term pedofile back then , and children were not taken serious when they made complaints about teachers .

i wished my mom had been more protective and saved me from some ugly situations .

i knew at 10 yrs of age that wasn't going to be the case .

Mary - I know from facebook a young woman from the church down the street is studying with witnesses . I am friends with people down there and plan on asking if I might be able to speak .

My husband realizes today What I told him last night was true and he knows I will not cower to any of their requests . I have asked for his support and I think he understands how important it is to me now .

Stann: believe it or not I think you my friend have hit the nail on the head !!! I have twin ex-nephews that are cyber -geeks and very into screwing with other witnesses lives . Darin especially has caused more havoc in peoples personal lives than anyone needs in a lifetime ! I am very happy he no longer associates with my son anymore . Darin is the one that went into my youtube account and then ran crying to his Elder brother . It would not suprise me at all that he or his wife are lurking here gathering apostate information . I have never hid my face or name on here so it would have been easy for JERKS like them .

crazyblondeb , Onieda is very close to us . My husband had elderly relatives that lived there and we go through there to see his Dad !

Spoil my life HELL NO they already tried that when first forty yrs . Now I got maybe twenty left to have fun and enjoy !!!! ANd I will you just wait and see !

I will take my invite to work tommorrow Because I think everyone I work with should have a clear idea about Witnesses and that you can not leave a cult in PEACE . A warning or maybe a topic for them to discuss the next time JWs come to their door .
